If you ordered over the internet and provided an email address, the UPS tracking information and scheduled delivery date will be sent to you by UPS.
(Please allow 2 business days to receive your email from UPS)

• If you ordered over the phone or mailed in your order you can track your package below

Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for the UPS delivery Man as to where to leave it,(maybe at a neighbors house if you do not want to leave it outside). Because some drivers will leave at your front porch.

If you need to make other arrangements about how to pick up your package call UPS at 1 800 742-5877.

If they do not leave it UPS will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us.

If your order is being shipped US Mail there are no tracking features available.

1. You can track your order two business days after the order was placed.
(not counting weekends and holidays). Normally orders are shipped the next day,
but it takes 2 days for the tracking number to be available.

2. Products that are not track able using this service are:
Wavemasters, Century hanging bags, Wooden Dummies, Stretching machines.
(They are shipped from the manufacturer)
