Martial artists need to stay flexible to be able to avoid injuries and to move easier. This machine can benefit the martial artist by stretching the groin muscles, hamstrings, back, hip flexors, and lower back.

The "steering wheel" allows you to slowly and gradually increase your stretch. The cushioned seat and adjustable cushioned back support insures your comfort. The detachable self-locking wheel removes easily to allow for forward stretching.

Steel gear mechanism with no cables to break and no hydraulic leaks. This machines uses a worm gear system. The legs can extend to 180 degrees.

These stretchers cannot be shipped postal.
