HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Include this form inside box with all returns. You may use the back of this form and indicate exactly what you would like to exchange item(s) for or if you are returning for credit. Please include Ship To name on order.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• Returned items may not be used, washed, worn, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale.  You can try items on but you may not use them or wear them.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving and in the original bag or packaging for an even exchange or full credit.  You may use a different exterior box to ship in if you prefer.
• Items returned within 15 to 30 days or not in original bag or packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise will not be accepted back after 30 days.
• Custom, clearance or other excluded items may not be returned or exchanged.
   

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us and indicating the nature of the return. For most items on your first exchange we will wave additional shipping back to you (this can be more then one item but sent back together).  There are some exceptions and you will need to authorize the charge or send payment.

• Exchanges will be subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee (one fee includes multiple items).
• Bo Staffs of 60inches or 72inches in length will be subject to a $9.00 return shipping fee per Bo due to the oversize fee charged by UPS.
• Martial arts t-shirts (and sweatshirts etc.) may be exchanged for size only in the same style and image of shirt.  You must call first for an RGA# and a $5.90 return shipping fee applies.
• Heavy or larger items may be subject to additional shipping to be quoted at time of exchange.

If you have received an item that was damaged, defective or incorrect please call Monday - Friday during the hours of 8am - 2pm California time or email us. Please do not return the item without first contacting us. If merchandise is received damaged please save any boxes for possible inspection by UPS.

If you have any questions please call during regular office hours. All policies are subject to change without advanced notice.

Credits cannot be issued prior to receipt of merchandise.

 

Shipping

American Tigerstrike, Inc Martial Art supply ships to all of the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses. We even ship to Canada.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military addresses and Cnadian orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and may incur extra shipping.
It is important to note that U.S. Postal service packages are untraceable.
We do not ship to out of the USA to foreign addresses. Nor can we accept foreign credit cards.


UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, If you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. (please note: this may delay the shipping time)

Overnight, Two-Day, Third Day Shipping, please contact us as shipping and handling will vary.  Please provide the shipping address and items you want to order.


Orders within the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground by default.
Orders shipped beyond that realm default to U.S. Postal Mail. 

All orders are processed within 24hrs. and shipped UPS Ground Excluding Weekends and Holidays.
However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

By ordering, customers take full legal responsibility for all items ordered. This includes age, shipping and possession.

Books & Videos: Due to vendor requirements books and videos cannot be refunded. If your tape or book proves to be defective, you can exchange it for the same title.

Weapons are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, collection, or display. Some weapons may be illegal in your area; user must research and follow state and local laws. American Tigerstrike, Inc  is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of its weapons. Weapons training requires: appropriate safe gear, including head, face, eye, and mouth protection and other guards and suitable for the particular weapon and techniques being practiced and a safe training environment set up to avoid injury to people or objects. To decrease chances of injury, user should respect weapon(s), inspect them before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age. American Tigerstrike, Inc  recommends that instructors limit children and beginners to the use of foam rubber and foam-covered practice weapons and/or wooden blades.

Training equipment and accessories; users should: consult physicians before beginning an exercise program; train only under the supervision of a qualified instructor who insures that equipment is in good condition and responsibly monitors students and drills; and know and respect their own limitations.

Sparring gear is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, no contact or light contact martial arts sparring. It is for martial arts sparring only and not for other more intense uses. (e.g., full contact sparring, boxing, bag work, weapons training, other sport activities or uses, etc.). It is only for use under the supervision of a skilled instructor who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of sparring and assures that students are properly trained and physically conditioned. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment and not use old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted equipment.

By submitting this order, I agree that I am of legal age to use the items I am ordering, that it is legal in my state or local to order the items, and that I understand Martial Arts can be a dangerous sport and could result in injury. I further hold American Tigerstrike, Inc  harmless from the use of any item I have purchased.
