Four piece Lighting Sparring Gear Package. Great price any time of the year..

Lighting Headguards provide 3/4" foam padding to provide coverage for the top, back and sides of head, plus forehead. Well ventilated. Hook and loop closure chin strap.

Punch and Kick are 1/2" foam padding for excellent protection. Kick offers protection for the instep and ankle. Open bottom with vinyl strip across ball of foot and hook and loop closure. Punch offers protection for the wrist, back of hand, thumb and knuckles.

Shin guards offer 1/2" foam protection with hook and loop closures.

Sizing Tip:

When measuring for the head guard, use a tape measure and measure the circumference of the head at the widest point. For best fit, do a loose measurement and move up one size if measurement is exactly at the highest end of the sizing.
